Did not receive access? Forgot your access information?
If you completed your registration and
missed the access information or did not receive access there is a link on your
clickbank.com online receipt that will give it to you.
After registration you received a
receipt of registration from clickbank.com/Keynetics Inc by email. On this receipt you
will find a paragraph that reads "If you did not receive your access please click the
link below to retrieve it" Please click that link and it will take you
back to the members access page with your username and password and log in URL.

following list to place in the "subject" of your email. Due to the high volume
of emails we receive this is absolutely necessary for us to process our email. The fastest
way to for us to process your email is to expedite it to the customer service rep that can
best assist you.
Any email that does not have a complete and well
explained subject will be answered last. Do not leave the subject blank.

PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS?
1) Did
not receive access information after sign up or lost access?
If you have registered/paid but did not
receive access information or have lost your access username and password for some reason
please place
"Registered, but did not receive access info" or Click

NOTE: Please include clickbank receipt. Please foward the
ENTIRE receipt to us. We must verify the account in order to re send access
information. No access will be sent without registration verification.
2) Can't log in with access you have been given?
If you are having problems logging in and your access is not working please place
"Can't log in with access given" in the subject of your email or Click Here
Please include the username and password you are trying to use but not
gaining access with.
NOTE: please include the username and
password you are trying to use OR please forward your entire clickbank receipt and we can
re send access. We must verify the account in order to re send access information.
No access will be sent without registration verification.
2) Have a
general question about the program or how it works?
If you have a question or concern about the program please place "General question or concern" in the
subject of your email.
4) Have questions about the affiliate program?
The affiliate program is our commission based referral program. The affiliate
program is NOT the same as the "paid survey program". If you signed up to take
surveys please see above.
Please place "Affiliate program" in the subject of
your email.
5) Have a
problem or issue that is not covered above?
If your issue is not listed above
please place a "subject" that well explains the problem or question you
have.
Any email that does not have a complete and well explained subject will be answered
last.
